I have tried many diet pills,plans,you name it and I have tried it! But with Slim-fast,it was the easiest on the go plan,I have ever tried,and it was very successful! I had lost 70 lbs. on slim-fast! in I would say 5 months time,it was so easy,not to cheat,grab a can or a snack bar,on the go,it was wonderful in the summer,because its so easy to stick too! the drinks,are very good,and the snacks,are great! do you know I am not on a diet anymore,but I still buy the snacks? thats how good they are! plus my daughter always asks me to make her a shake! slim-fast shake!
