If you do not read the small print on their advertisment, you will start receiving their slim easy product and they will debit your account.  I returned the product unopened and have yet to receive a credit to my account.  They advertise a free sample to start and then they automatically start sending the product and charging your account.

I have been trying to obtain the information on returning the Slim Easy Pro shakes for almost 2 weeks. After 1 phone call and multiple e-mails I am still waiting for that information. After talking to someone at their toll free number, I was told that the support staff would reply to my E-mail in 24 hours. That was almost a week ago and I am still waiting. What a strange company. I was looking forward to trying this product. I thought the trial that was to include atkins bars and a diet book but I just received it today and no bars or book. I called they said if they run out of bars they just don't send them????  I wanted to wait to try the product because I actually purchased it to try it and see how well it works. Instead they cancelled my membership without me asking. Too bad if it's good I won't be purchasing anymore. I will be double checking on the cancelation due to reading responses having issues with it. I did read terms and conditions which is located at the bottom of the site. It's 20 days from date purchased to cancel. Most people don't bother to read it.I just want to add it seems to be promoted as a low carb product though the directions state adding milk,bananas,cookies,graham crackers  to the shake. It does say you can add just water but it's recommended blending with milk. So the shake mix itself is 2 carbs if you add those other things forget low carb. I'm curious if they have any affiliation with atkins which I hope not. I've been on atkins for 7 years.

I was a firm believer in the slim fast plan until I came across slim easy pro and their slim shakes.  I used slim fast for years and it worked just fine other than being kinda pricey and the rather unpleasant taste.  A few months ago I discovered slim easy pro and decided I'd give it a shot because they have this free trial thing available, I figured what could it hurt?I went through the 15 day trial period and discovered I really liked the taste of this stuff compared to the grainy kinda nasty taste of most of the slim fast flavors.  I did the math and it was also saving me quite a bit of money.  As for the effectiveness I'm still keeping off the weight I lost with slim fast and have not changed my diet one bit other than replacing a meal or two a day with my slim shake.  I'm saving my money and getting the same results.The other great thing about this slim shake is I don't feel like I'm gonna vomit every time I drink one of these, I feel their flavors are much better.If you're thinking about doing the slim fast diet I'd take it from me, a woman who's been using slim fast for years, try slim easy pro first, I don't think you'll be disappointed.I purchase mine from www.slimshake.net ... as it's the only place I know to find it.  This stuff hasn't been on the market long I don't think, but I do believe it will be successful if more slim fast veterans like myself try it.
