I am a light sleeper and had problems sleeping. I would have insomnia and back pain problems, waking up tired and sore. After purchasing my Sleep by Number mattress, i have had the best nights of sleep and do not wake up with any back pain. I do not wake up with any pressure point pains. You can adjust the mattress to what ever firmness or softness you may need that night. I have the double control on my queen size mattress so that my husband can adjust his half to his comfort and I get to have my comfort.
