My husband and I bought a sleep number bed because it was recommeded to us. The sales person in the store seemed nice enough. He told us deliverly would be no problem; just tell them the day you want it delivered & set up. We were told we would have our bed within 2 weeks and if for some reason did not like the bed, we could return it within the first month from purchase (roughly 2 weeks to try it out). We were sold. Seemed easy enough.
Turns out the delivery company is completely incompetent and refuses to work with you on a time to deliver the bed. They got extremely rude and demanding. After not being able to bully my husband, we returned the bed. But since we bought a mattress pad and 2 pillows, we were told the accessories were non-returnable. We could only get an exchange for accessories. Why do I need accessories to a bed I do not own. My recommendation is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! It is more of a hassle and when you are willing to spend $4,000 on a new bed you should be treated much better!
