We ordered this bed after we had read the great reviews on their website. It sounded so appealing (we could have different sleep numbers, 20 year warranty, comfortable, etc. etc.). We purchased a C4, and have regretted the desision ever since. First, it smelled terrible for about a week, (like an animal had died), so nauseating that we could not sleep on it. I called customer service and they said this was normal as it aired out. So, we waited it out. We also realized right from the start how much it felt like a cheap air matress you could buy at Walmart for $30.00. We could not figure out how it was supposed to be comfortable. But, they had told us to set our number, then give some time to adjust. So, we waited it out longer. But, it kept getting worse. We both were constantly rolling into the center of the bed, because of the horrible slant, even if our numbers were set the same. We called them about it, and they said it was common. They said we could order a part (a part we had to pay extra for I might add) that would help. Well, it didnt help, not at all. We paid for this extra part, and the problem is no better, at ALL! Our bed is so not comfortable, especially for the price we paid. We are not usually complainers, but this bed just is not what we expected, and we do NOT recommend it to anyone. Lesson learned here. I urge you not to make the same mistake.
