Sleep Number Bed - Select Comfort Review

I bought my mom a pillow top Sleep Number bed November 2007.  It has never been right.  We have called the company repeatedly with no help.  I live in an area that is not serviced by Select Comfort but was charged $225 for a technician to come annd service ito.  Only to call back in about a month because no one had called to schedule an appointment and was then told I was not in a service area and should not have been charged.  It took about 2 months to get my money back.  I would called again and was told they had non record of us calling in the past that this was the first time I had called to complain about the bed.  I, my sister, my brother and my mom's sitter had called in the past. 

My mom in 77 years old with rhematoid arthritis, ostoarthritis and had several fractured vertibrates when I called and inquired about the bed and was told by the sales person the dual chamber would be best. 

After calling for about a year and a half my sister asked to speak to the CEO, a guy named Chad called me back and eventually said she may need a single chamber because my mom is the only one sleeping on the bed, which the sales person knew, but that she would have to pay for it.  Of course, I told Chad I thought they should send her one for free because ever since she had the bed it has not been right.  But he said they could not do.  So I told him I was going to contact my Attorney General for North Crolina, which I have.  Hopefully she will ge some restitution.
