We purchased 2 kings and 2 doubles Sleep Number beds in 2006. In 2007 one of the doubles which had been used less than 7 nights within a year had the pump stop working. They sent another pump at no cost under thwe warranty. This month (April 2009) the new pump stopped working. Once again the bed has been used less than 10 nights since the replacement pump was put in. I just called and was told that I would get a percentage of the warranty and it would cost me with shipping and tax $118 for this third pump. It was either pay the money or throw the defective bed out in the rain. It better not break again. Be warned!
