bad customer service, Can cause extreme pain in lower back, Can cause pain in middle back, Can cause extreme pain in shoulder area, expensive, Loses air. Hard to maintain same setting, Pricey, bed can look sunk in, Divider in the middle

Sleep Number Bed - Select Comfort —

Overpriced for what it is. After trying about 10 of the settings, I couldn't find one that would provide a good night's sleep and without waking up in extreme back pain in the morning. Shipping costs are outrageous. Return shipping is just as high. Employees will try anything to get you to keep the bed longer in hopes you will forget about the free trial period so you will be stuck with the bed. This was an expensive experience.
