this is the best bed I've ever slept on

quality conscious, not rich, interested in comfort, a bargain hunter, appreciative of good service, budget conscious, expecting good, fair service

I moved to Michigan last year and needed to buy new beds for my kids. As I was shopping around, my kids dragged me into the Sleep Number store. I figured they would be too expensive, but thought I'd check them out anyway. It ended up that they were less expensive than all the other beds I had been looking at and that I would not have to set it up myself. When the beds are delivered, the company actually set them up for me. I received GREAT customer service and, to this day, every time I go to the mall, the salesman who sold me the beds still says hi and asks how I'm doing.
