It was suggested to get a size larger than the bed you have, thats what I got. The queen pad fit my full bed exactly right out of the box! It was hard to put the sheet back on the bed, it was pretty tight! Now that Ive used it for a few weeks, the pad has expanded and hangs over the edges. So, I personally dont suggest buying larger. Just deal with the pad being a bit too small. You dont sleep at the edges of the bed anyway. I got the pad for my cramping upper back. It seems to cramp more with this pad since I have to lift myself out of the pad to roll over, BUT, I dont have to roll as much as I used to either. This pad has helped my lower and middle back a great deal. I would recommend this product to anyone with back pain.
