I used to stay there quite a bit.  Good price (about $50/ night for a single).  Everything was pretty clean.  Breakfast is the typical cheap breakfast (waffles, juice, muffins).  Free internet doesn't work very well.  I mentioned this several times to the staff & nothing ever improved over a period of 6 months.  Staff was very nice, but not very professional.  Had someone next door who sounded like they were trying to film a porno, but that only happened once.  You have to travel a mile or 2 for dining options.  Close to the airport though.  Overall not a bad motel for the money.
