Skyy Pineapple Infusions Vodka Review

I've never been a fan of vodka, but lately I've been trying some of the different flavors out there.  Vodka and spirits purists are probably horrified by the sudden explosion of exotic fruit, tea, and even vegetable-flavored vodkas on the market lately.  To me, it is a fun new area of drinks to try... My latest experiment involves Skyy Pineapple Infusions Vodka.  Love love love it!!!

 Skyy Pineapple Infusions is a 70 proof vodka (35% alcohol) that sells for about $14 in the few liquor stores in the area that stock this stuff.  It is on the low-end in terms of expense which works well for my wallet!  I enjoy Skyy Pineapple Vodka in a big glass with lots of ice and club soda.  It truly is a very light and refreshing drink! I love my mojitos, but I couldn't make a good one if my life depended on it.... even I can manage to mix ice, pineapple vodka, and club soda without totally ruining the drink. 

Aside from my personal endorsement, my sister, cousin, and several good friends have agreed with me that Skyy Pineapple Vodka and club soda is a tasty summer beverage.  We will keep several bottles of this stuff on hand during the summer because it makes such a simple and delicious drink.  Highly recommended!
