The new Chops have a hook like strucure that keeps the ear plug inside your ear, so you can use them when exercising and working out, instead of them falling out every five minutes. I really enjoy these headphones for many reasons in which I will explain below but there is one thing that I do not like about these headphones. The thing that I do not like about these headphones is that they can become pretty uncomfortable when wearing them. But they were a nice Christmas gift that I recieved from my aunt and as far as the sound quaity goes, you can hear every little triangle chime in a song! I also like how it hooks around your ear and how the hook is adjustable . Another thing that I like about these headphones is that it is a piece where you can push it up the cord so that the headphones come together and are less likely to get tangled in your pocket. In addition, the nice black color is stylish and very appealing to a person who doesn't want "neon" colored headphones and want something that looks like they are more sofisticated or modern. Another thing about these headphones that I enjoy is that they are skull candy headphones , which are very popular amongst teensagers. Finally, another good thing about these headphones is that they are pretty durable and will last longer than those Sony headphones.

Their wires are encased in durable non conductive wire that wont break or fray.Also, they are prtableand fold up nicely to less than half their orgininal size

The Skullcandy- Chops are a pretty amazing set of headphones. Thay have a nice slick feature and amazing sound quality but thay also have a so-so fit. They sometimes slip and scratch the ears which makes it pretty uncomfortable to listen to music. So they are a great set of headphones but the fit can be better.

I've seen people give skull candy bad reviews. And I don't understand it. I personally love these ear buds. And most others I've gotten from there. The quality is decent for the price. I don't expect them to last forever. ut they do last quite a while. I haven't had any problems with any of the ones I've bought. Yet I buy more just because I really like them a lot. I love the looks of the different styles also the variety is great. They have something for everyone. And skull candy is usually running some kind of sale or accepting coupon codes. I've never paid full price for any head phones here And I own quite a few. I love these because they are so small and comfortable. I keep a pair wapped up in my purse just incase lol. I only wish they had more styles with volume control on the wire. But thats not needed just something I prefer. Over all I reccomend these and will buy more. Cute and afforable. I love it.

I was in the market for a new set of headphones to use while running. Regular ear buds, even with the different size cushions, fall out of my ears while running. I must have weird shaped ears because I know a lot of people who can wear regular ones, but I was looking for something over the ear that would stay on my ears, sound average to good and be comfortable. I've found that in Skullcandy's Chops. First the fit. The part that wraps around the ear is made of a pliable rubber that feels durable but comfortable. When I put them on it's like they disappear. They are light weight and secure, they don't budge when I run multiple miles at a time. The sound quality is good, it's not a high end Bose or Sennheiser set as far as quality is concerned, but to be honest, that's not a concern for me while running. Don't get me wrong, these still sound great, I stream Pandora radio while running and they never let me down no matter what genre music comes on. They have great high end and good low end. One nice thing that these offer is a short cord as well as an included cord extension. This helps out depending on where you have your music device located as well as what physical activity you are doing. Overall this is exactly what I was looking for in a great set of inexpensive headphones.

I bought and used these headphones with my ipod touch and with my macbook to listen to music/games.  These headphones look decent, but honestly I think that skullcandy panders to those that care about looks more than sound quality.  I am no audiophile, but I do own a set of maudio studio monitor speakers and a pair of bose sc2's, and these headphones sound poor in comparison.  They are adequate for enjoying music while jogging/etc, but I do notice that music played through them sounds a bit "tinny" compared to more expensive headphones like my bose ones.  Especially, bass sounds cloudy and not very clear.  It might be just that I am too used to my boss headphones with their noise canceling, but I really couldn't see myself listening to these everyday simply because of the sound quality.  However, they are cheap and I would use them while exercising simply because they aren't prohibitively expensive.

I purchased these looking for a better way to listen to tunes while running...regular ear buds fall out and I'm not into the 1980's giant headphones look. These were a good intervention to my constant replacing of the ear buds into my ears interrupting my groove. They are relatively inexpensive and give great sound....I can totally drown out the people at the gym. They don't hurt my ears like some brands have in the past. I would definately recommend these to my closest of friends. The colors are awsome. I bought several pairs for my household. No one can steal mine cuz they're pink. Everyone has their own style and color. Fun graphics on some. I also like that I can adjust the volume right from the controller on the cord rather than fumble for the buttons on my music listening device. So if I want to listen to the people on the next treadmill argue with their spouse on the phone, no one knows I lowered the volume. lol

I have purchased so many earbuds for my i-pod that I think I've lost count! These earbuds are great because I tested them in a workout and they actually didn't fall off!  I just hate running on the threadmill and having to keep fixing my earbuds.

"The only other earbud-style headphones I have to compare these to are the phones that come with the iPod and these are way more comfortable because you dont have to lodge them in your ear canal. I always hated that because my ear isnt the shape of those headphones and my ear would get sore after 30 mins of use. I havent had any discomfort w/ these. The wrap around the ear is flexible enough that it shouldnt cause any pain--unless you have freakish ears maybe. The sound is fine, a little better than iPod ones, but nothing to get worked up over. I think that they look cheaper in person than the website photos make them out to be. I got them off WhiskeyMilitia for a discounted price, well worth it so far."
