Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches — 

Love skinny cow!  We buy them to try and eat a healhier dessert, but they get in our house and my husband can't just eat one.  So much for portion control.  We really love the mint and strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwiches.  My 3 year old even loves them.  They are a great treat when looking for something sweet.
