Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches —
As I began watching what I ate, there were times when I really just wanted some ice cream. I decided to try these out, and was pretty impressed. They certainly don't have the same exact taste of good, old-fashioned ice cream sandwiches, but they are close.I only wish that the ice cream itself didn't have the strange sweetner flavor, and that the cookies were gooey and sticky like the original ice cream sandwich!
