Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches —
My sister introduced me to the Skinny cow ice cream sandwiches a few months ago. My family absolutely loves them, and I love the fact that they are low fat and have three grams of fiber each. We all need fiber in our diets and getting it from delicious ice cream is a definite bonus.
