This book was good, really good. After reading it, I realize how bad could be the regular milk, so I started having soy milk (which is amazing... mmmm yummy!!)... I've tried the almond milk, coconut milk and all of them are just great, believe me. — — I know the authors, two women... model and doctor, they're rude sometimes (with their language and the way they say the things), but hey it works... They just want to tell you the truth about all this bad things about food, sugar, milk, etc. — — I'm not vegetarian, I just don't like the beef meat... And well this book…
