If there is a better and more entertaining cookbook out there I have not been ablet o find it. This book as great healthy recipes and a whole lot of wit. My onle peeve with the book is that is has no pictures (which I love to have in cookbooks) and the recipes make some pretty large amounts (but you can always half the ingredients). Overall, this book is definitely worth your money if only for the information and entertainment alone.
