Get the box of Kleenex, and be ready. This is not for the faint of heart, but will change you forever if you are strong enough! Animal rights, human greed, personal health are seamlessly (and very cleverly) intertwined. There are laugh-out-loud moments, but be advised that the language throughout will shock those of you who are not "into" young peoples' off-the-cuff use of swearwords for emphasis. This book is meant to shock you, and get you onto an intelligent and lifesaving path to wellness. It stands out by being straightforward and completely no-nonsense. Well written; I read it in one sitting and then spent almost an equal amount of time jotting down a long list of online resources listed at the conclusion. This book is full of info of which the average person is dangerously ignorant ; that is the way the food industry and its shills want it!
