I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy about six months ago. One of the biggest problems I had was finding comfortable shoes. A friend of my mother's suggested I look at Skechers shoes. I went to famous footwear and was waited on by a very helpful and knowledgeable saleswoman. I was informed that I had a wide foot and a high instep which I was not aware of. I was also told that shoes are being made smaller so shoe sizes are different now. I always wore a size 7 and now I wear an 8 even though they are identical. I tried on several skecher shoes and decided on the nubuck premium. These shoes were made for my feet. They are so comfortable and give great arch support. They cost more than I usually spend on shoes but they are well worth it. Although I will never be cured of my neuropathy I find comfort knowing shoes can be a tremendous help. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who has foot problems of any kind. I can't wait to buy more of them.
