Six Feet Under —
This is the best show to ever have graced television airwaves, in my opinion. I even completely respect that the creators of the show chose to do only 5 seasons of the show (and these were short HBO seasons of 12-13 episodes per season) and end while the show was great rather than to beat a dead dog (excuse the unintended pun) like so many other TV shows. I will admit that the 4th season was the weakest, but they more than redeemed themselves in the 5th season and the final episode was so full of joy and sorrow - like the entire series - that I couldn't have asked for more.
