Sinucleanse Nasal Wash System
Neti Pot

What is it?
The Sinucleanse Nasal Wash System Neti Pot
is an all natural nasal wash system.  For people who have sinus problems or allergies, the Neti Pot can offer much needed relief.  You simply follow the directions, the kit includes the salt packets and fill your Neti Pot.  Tilt your head sideways over a sink and pour the Neti Pot into one nostril and it will cleanse and come out the other nostril.  Sounds kinda crazy or gross?  I know but it works!

The Neti Pot is dishwasher safe.

My Viewpoint!
I had never heard of a Neti Pot until I seen it on The Oprah Show one day and thought, "What the heck?".  A lady came on stage and demonstrated the Neti Pot and made it look super easy!  Dr. Oz swore that the Neti Pot helps sinus and allergy sufferers providing immediate relief.

I got online and did a little research and found that many people with severe allergies depend on their Neti Pot for relief instead of over-the-counter or prescription medications.

I don't have severe sinus or allergy problems but come Autumn, I am stuffed up, taking meds and feeling terrible for a couple of weeks.  As that began to happen, this last fall, I jumped on Amazon.com and bought myself the Sinucleanse Nasal Wash System Neti Pot

The first time I used it, I felt kind of stupid and thought that it was crazy that I was pouring a gravy bowl of water into my nostril.  Afterwards, I had some nasal drip but nothing major.  What do you expect when you are pouring liquid up your nose?

The relief was almost immediate. I felt like someone waved a wand over my head and said "Abracadabra, no more stuffiness".   I know that my sinus issues are minor compared to some but I'm sure that the Neti Pot will offer sufferers immediate relief.  I have read where many allergy sufferers never returned to prescription medication after trying the Neti Pot.

It's that good!!

If you have sinus issues or severe allergies - try the Sinucleanse Nasal Wash System Neti Pot, for instant relief!!

I was introduced to a similar device (tho it was plastic and shaped differently) by a vocal training coach ~15 years ago. The pharmacist in Rite Aid called it a "nose douche"--isn't that a lovely picture?! I, too, had horrible sinusitis--and an equally horrendous fear of water up my nose--but was able to adjust in only a few days. I no longer have the device, and actually learned to simply 'pour' or even 'suck' water from cupped palms should the need arise. A couple pinches of salt and baking soda dissolved in warm water is all that's needed for any 'solution' (there's even a cheapie solution called "Ocean" in most drugstores that one can use straight out of its own squeeze bottle, altho that contains preservatives)-- no 'packets' or special products necessary. :)

Not sure I could do anything like this.....lol It irritates me when I get water in my nose just swimming. ;)

I use this product - it's a life saver. If you have trouble finding the packets, they sell the whole line at Walgreen's.

Teehee. Maybe that's it. I dread doing this so bad. I make a big old mess for sure but feel better after. I will try that breathing thing.

I know! Why isn't this more known. Like I said, I had never heard of it before Oprah's show. This could eliminate use of medications for a lot of people.

I have learned to breathe out of your nose and not your mouth (which is habit when pouring something in your nose) otherwise you are sucking it up and having troubles!! lol

I am not a pretty site trying to do this. I cough and sputter and make a big mess. It does help though (-: I think my coordination is bad maybe.
