Singer Sewing Machine - Quantum XL 6000 - Computerized — 

the Singer XL6000 is not very user friendly in comparison to the Brother4000D.  Auto bobbin winder can be problematic, but the ability to skip every other threading is a plus.

I also had a problem with thread winding around the bobbin case when stitching started back. After having my machine serviced two times,I find that thread is not being cut after the bobbin has been filled. It continues to wrap around the out side of the bobbin caseand jams up the machine.I open my thread case and if thread is moving off the spool I just cut the thread clean off my bobbin case and continue
