Simpsons Review

 Move aside "the flinstones" the simpsons have taken your title of "longest running animated series."

the simpsons started out as a animated short that was featured on the tracy ullman show. the simpsons soon developed into a half hour show which started on december 17,1989 and now the shows is in it's 21st season and continues to create episdoes.y

the show actually stoped being funny about 10 seasons ago, yes there is a laugh here and there but it this season doesn't quite capture the magic the former episodes had.

 if it wasn't for homer simpson I wouldn't watch this show. his personality is pretty much the saving grace of the show, with his frequent bouts of stupidity, laziness and his explosive anger. I admit maggie, bart and marge have their moments but it's homer that seals the deal. the only character I can't stand is lisa, thinking since she is so smart she can look down on the rest of the family. I think lisa simpson is really annoying like meg from family guy.
