Simply Shabby Chic Cozy Blanket —

Simply Shabby Chic Cozy Blanket

I purchased this blanket at Target for under $50.00 in the Full/Queen size and it's one of the best blankets we've ever had.

Made of 100% cotton, it has a plush brushed finish that is so super soft it's better than a baby blanket. It's also bound at the edge with coordinating satin fabric so it holds shape and looks good when folded over on the bed. This blanket is a 2-ply or rather 2 layer creation that holds the heat in beautifully yet it's lightweight enough so that you don't feel like you have a lead blanket on top of you.

My husband is not one who likes to be overly warm when he's sleeping, this cozy blanket suits him fine as it keeps you warm without making you hot and uncomfortable. I have the light (sage) green color, it's a nice neutral shade that blends well with the rest of the bedding.

Blanket is  cold water machine washable and can be tumble dried as well. The Full/Queen size is quite generous with plenty of side hang so you don't get cheated of blanket during the night.

Do yourself a favor this winter, lower the heat and get snuggly under this cozy blanket, you'll find yourself sleeping like a baby.

Hi GiGi !
Well, I've laundered mine several times already and it washes and dry's beautifully, in fact the dryer really gives it a good fluffing so it always looks nice. I'm please with it so far. I do recommend using a dryer sheet to cut down on any static that can happen.

Does this get those little fuzzies all over it? I only use the sheet and comforter in the winter time but I have been known to carry one of my microfleece blankets from the living room to bed with me too!

It is very pleasant :) Why should babies have all the soft cuddly fun anyway? lol

Sounds very pleasant! We haven't bought a new blanket in a long time, I think it's time to head to target :) Who ever said you have to be a baby to love soft blankies! Thanks for sharing!
