I owned a large dog and wanted a good vacuum. This was it. This thing feels like its going to suck the dirt from the basement through the floor. It's the best upright i've ever used. Some people want versatility and i really don't. Having a ranch style home, power gadgets are not really important. I did buy an extender to reach under the bed etc. but as far as vacuuming, this KILLS the other brands. It's not feather weight but how could it be with two motors? Buy it!
