I work with machines for the government, and we started using a new cleaning product over a year ago. I began cleaning what used to be a white conveyor belt, that had turned black with grease and ink, and within 15 minutes the entire belt was a lot brighter. Our maintenance lead told me that it was at the weakest dilution, and to get the belt spotless, he would have to use a slightly stronger solution. I run an animal shelter, so I have very little time for cleaning. I need something that smells good, is economical, and is super-effective against smells and "accidents," Above all, it has to be safe for people and pets. I tried countless products, but this is my favorite so far. It's a multi-tasker, too, so I don't have to buy as many products. Just one thing--go to Home Depot or some such place and buy the largest size you can find, not the spray bottle pictured. You can always dilute some for a sprayer. There is really only one word to describe this product: Amazing!  The spray bottles are convenient, but the large gallon bottle let you dilute to whatever strength you need.  It takes the place of most other cleaners needed to clean anything from patio furniture to your motorhome; Yes, I have used it on both.  The results are consistent from item to item, whatever you are cleaning.  I hate to scrub things, and I  have found that with everything except the most stained items, using Simple Green takes very little elbow grease.  It suds-up and and lasts a long… read full review »

I have been using this product for several years now. Simple Green was really ahead of the non-toxic, earth friendly cleaning products trend that is now beginning. I feel confident using this product in my home knowing it is safe for children and pets and will not damage our ecosystem. I have nothing bad to say about this product. It works great on most everything. It is good a cleaning a lot of problems. Cuts grease well. Good floor cleaner.  It makes my house smell good with out feeling like you are breathing in toxins. I have dogs and feel like they can walk on the floor with out absorbing it though thier paws. I purchased this to try it out.  It is inexpensive per compared to other earth friendly products.  It has no fumes and takes away dirt easily.  It has a good smell. I used the lemon scent. The only thing is do not use the orignal product for glass or stainless appliances, as it has stretched. Simple Green is a cleaner I always have on hand because I know it works for my basic messes and I know it isn't a harsh or caustic cleaning agent.  It's a great value, because I can dilute the solution for less demanding clean up jobs.  It is widely available and always a decent price. Between my husband's thick soled shoes and the kids' Heelies on the kitchen floor, this product is the only thing I have found that will get those nasty marks off the floors without any extra elbow grease.  I highly recommend this product for those with high traffic areas--don't forget the crayon on those walls!! This is a great all purpose cleaner. I have ceramic tile with grout that is not sealed so it gets dirty. I couldn't find anything that would clean it without being time consuming.
