I came to Simmons despite the fact that it was an all women's college.  I was originally looking for a co-educational undergraduate experience but settled on Simmons because I was offered a strong scholarship due to my leadership and involvement in high school and I loved the idea of being in Boston (Simmons' only draw other than its professors).

I have been highly disappointed in my college experience.

I attended Simmons College to earn my masters in library and information science. It's a solid program, but the tutition is so expensive. There aren't many programs in the area, unless you want to complete the masters online and I feel that hurts the school. They don't have any competition. I felt I didn't learn as much as I should have and they are much more flexible for students working full time, not attending classes full time. The offerings are hard if you want to be done in a year, although it's possible.
