Having tries this mid priced mattress in the store, we purchased it with every expectation of having made a good choice. It was very comfortable. But after one night, the mattress was already noticeably depressed from our body weights. Suspiciously enough, the depression was deeper on my wife's side and she is only 60% of my weight. We called the retailer who said it would probably recover but after several nights, it just got worse. The retailer reviewed the photographs I took and agreed the product was defective. The retailer behaved most ethically giving us a full credit, waiving shipping charges and giving us a discount on a more expensive style from another manufacturer. The lesson here is to have absolute trust in the concern you are buying your mattress from.

I love this mattress. I bought it because I got a good deal on it and being that I'm a grad student I want what's affordable and yet comfortable. Thus far I am enjoying this mattress. It is very comfortable and even though it is a plush, it's soft like a pillow top mattress without being too soft and still gives me that firmness and comfort. I think it does fine in the area of being comfortable because it fits my body perfectly at night. Also, being that it doesn't cave in too deeply, it supports my back, which has made it a lot easier with me managing back pain. The only problem I have with the mattress is the durability. I have noticed that when I change my bed sheets and stare at the naked mattress it is flatter on the one side where I sleep. I am hoping that over time this flattness does not increase. I am a little upset that the dye from my new comforter set has somewhat stained the mattress also.

I've had this bed for a few years and it is still as good as it was the first day I got it. I've never been able to sleep so comfortably on a bed. I sleep on my back, my side and sometimes my stomach and regardless of the way I'm sleeping, I am still comfortable and able to get a good nights sleep.

My husband and I bought a Beautyrest Kerrin Plush Firm mattress about 2 years ago. Not cheap but we felt you couldn't put a price on a good nights sleep. I'm Irish, so was not really familiar with this brand and had always just bought basic "no name" mattress with no complaints. About 6-8 months ago our pillow top started to sag and is now really uncomfortable. I wake up everyday with back, shoulder and neck pain. I am now out shopping for a new mattress and I can assure you it will not be a Simmons product. Comfort Great at first, now painful... Durability Can't believe I have to change my mattress after just 2 years!!!

We got our mattress a few months ago and it is fantastic! While we were on vacation we slept on the Simmons model and ordered it when we got home. I like how supportive it feels even better than when we were in hotel. I read somewhere it was discontinued, but we purchased it in 3/2013. Westbury II Great bed if you like hotel beds. My husband and I recently bought this mattress and purchased the firm version. We have had it a little over a month and it is hard to get out of the bed in the morning because we sleep so comfortably. My only complaint is that I have had a few stiff necks but I think that has to do with my pillows. THey are not up to par with this wonderful mattress. Comfort This is an extemely comfortable mattress and a great night sleep. Durability The mattress I purchased does not have spring coils so it will not cave in in the middle or to one side if you are sharing the bed with someone who weighs more than you. This should help the mattress last longer and is why I purchased this type of bed.
