Simmons Beautyrest - Black Rosalyn Mattress Review

Our Beautyrest Black firm started to sag after a few months.  I wake up with back pain all the time.  The mattress cost us a fortune.  We thought it would last us a long time, but after only 20 months I have put in a call to the manufacturer.  Hopefully they can help us.  I've had to do this in the past with Beautyrest for my daughter's mattress and they provided a replacement, which she's very happy with.  And that had an impression in the mattress of two inches.  I'm sure my Black has at least that, so hopefully they'll make good on a claim.
