Simmons Beautyrest - Black Rosalyn Mattress — 

After two (2) years of using this mattress, the comfort still exists but sleeping areas are showing depressions which should not be occurring to a "no flip" mattress.

If it sags over 1 1/2 inches, its covered under warranty. No spills or stains or you void your warranty
