When we moved from home for the first time, we slept on an air mattress for almost a year. So we were ready to buy a new mattress. After hastily having chosen a couch that in the end we did not like, we decided to take our time and thoroughly research what kind of mattress we were going to get. Obviously anything is better then an air mattress. We went to several stores, read several reviews, and talked about what we wanted in a mattress. We weren't to picky, as long as it was comfortable to us, my husband and I we would be sold. We wanted support with out feeling like we were lying on boards. But obviously not to soft we would wake up feeling horrible. Reviews for Simmons were pretty positive. So when we had it narrowed it down to the brand it was time to go try them out. It was definitely easy to tell what wasn't going to work. So when we found the right one we knew. And it was the Simmons Beauty Sleep. We have not stopped loving our mattress. Every time we go on vacation we are so anxious to get back to our own mattress and in our own bed. Comfort So comfortable Support Very supportive Firmness Not too firm. Durability No problems after five years.
