Simmons BeautyRest Pillowtop Mattress Review

We got this Simmons about a year and five months ago and when we first got it we were in heaven, After one year my wife started getting back aches I soon followed with back aches. We went on a 21 day cruise and our back aches were gone.. when we returned to our bed the back aches came back ! This was in May.  I called Simmons and they told me I have to call the store I bought it from. and the store would set me up for a "Mattress Inspector" to come out to my house but only if there were no rips, stains, or tears in it.  I got paper work to fill out and it told me to cut all of the Simmions tags off to send to Simmons so I filled it all out and I sent in the paper work plus the tags he cut off and a check for 85.00 !!!!  Yes I had to pay 85.00 for delivery of the new bed and....  the kicker is they do not pick up the old bed!  It is supposed to come in 3 weeks well mine arived in 4 weeks from a freight trucking company it was filthy and it had a hole through it ..  like a pipe had gone in one side and out the other soI did not accept it.  I was told I would get another on the 25th of Aug and I never did so I called again got the run around and then they told me there was a problem at the factory due to the Labor Day Holiday !!!  Yes the one in Sept... They said it would be here on the 10th of Sept  well I called on the 10th and they said they need 48 hours to deliver it.

Well here it is the 15th and still no matteress...  So much for the 10 year warranty..  1,000 dollars  plus 85 plus 25 haul away fee in the trash!
