Here are the negatives; According to one review the company is hesitant to honor the aforementioned warranty. This was bad for Viewpoints reviewers who felt that the Simmons Beautyrest, while comfortable in the beginning, began to sag in the middle after about three years. This was the first high quality mattress I ever purchased. It has set the standard for me, so I cannot tolerate anything less supportive. My first one had an unusual irregularity, but under warranty I had it replaced with no problems. My second mattress has been perfect. The design really does cut way back on feeling motion of other sleepers. Our 2 year old still comes into the bed most nights, but much of the time I never knew he came in until the morning. Don't waste your money!

We have had this mattress for 3 years. It was wonderful at first, but after about 1 year, it began to sink in the middle. We compare our bed to sleeping in a bowl. we are both in out early 30's and very active people. However, we wake up with stiff backs and aches all over. We recently stayed in a hotel and realized the difference when we woke up. That is when we started trying to take the company up on the warranty. We have been using this mattress for seven years and it has been as firm as the first day. The only problem is that, it is very heavy and difficult during a move. Yet we have moved 4 times with it, and we still like to keep it for as long as we can. The Simmons Grandeur pillow top mattress from Rooms to Go has been comfortable and durable. My wife and I did purchase the extended service plan which was a waste of money to me. I will not do that again for a mattress. The mattress has built in side handles that make it easier to move or to flip the mattress. The mattress is very heavy. I used to have hip pains waking me in the night from my uncomfortable bed.
