I have arthritis in my back and hips and was looking to replace our old matress for something more comfortable.  We looked at regular beds, but I discovered that a firm pillowtop was more supportive.  We tried out a LOT and decided on this one, even though it was a bit pricier than we wanted to spend.

It started out just great, but now after about 6 months I have found that the pillowtop has seemed to crush down forming a depression that I keep rolling into during the night.  I wake up anywhere from 4-5am with my back hurting because of this.  I don't find that it supports me as well as when it was brand new, although at 6 months, I don't feel it should have gotten this bad.  My husband's side is the same way.

I'm also disappointed that in order for the company to stand behind their product, you had to purchase a very expensive mattress cover (10 year warranty).

Sorry this didn't work out. I bought an "original mattress factory mattress" extra firm and it still has the same spring it always had.
