Simmons Beauty Rest Reviews

When we (my husband and I) first got married, we bought a top-of-the line Simmons Beauty Rest (about $1400).  After about five years, it began to sag, so I called about the warranty.  Well, it was warrantied, so they sent someone out to inspect it.

The inspector said that we did need a new mattress, so he submitted a form to Simmons to get us one.  Well, we had to pay for the postage to get the new mattress--from down South somewhere, about $100.

We got the new mattress, which was wonderful, not like the old one--only one-sided.  It started to fall apart within two weeks of when it was sent...

I researched mattresses online before trying them in-store, and I liked what I had read about the Simmons BeautyRest mattress sets. I found one at Macys that was comfortable for the few minutes I was on it, and it was normally $2000, on sale for about $1400 after taxes and delivery fees.  I decided to splurge because I wanted something nice that would last a long time.

At first it was very comfortable; I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, it was so soft, yet it felt supportive enough that I didn't have any back pain.

I first sleep on one in 2005 while staying at the Sheraton casino and hotel, having always loved to travel but hating all the hotels  hard and uncomfortable beds that I had stayed at. The Simmons Beautyrest Classic with pillowtop in medium firmness is absolutely the best bed I have ever slept in! This bed is so comfortable that, after 7 years of ownership now, I still go to bed every night saying, "Oh, my God, I love this bed". I was also amazed to find, once I finally could afford to stay at a Westin hotel, that this is the same bed they call their Heavenly Bed. You can't get a better endorsement than that! Hello i HAVE A SIMMONS BEAUTY REST MATRESS i always had trouble sleeping but no more.Since i've owned my simmons beauty rest matress i dont have anymore problems sleeping at all...i would recommend a simmons beauty rest matress to anyone and to anyone that wants to have a good nite sleep. it was very flustrating to always wake up soooo tired that you felt like you could not function..Getting up now is actually a pleasure i seem to have better days now since having my matress. i am considering buying one for my daughter because she now has trouble sleeping i know to have the best does cost a little...

I purchased the simmons beautyrest mattress just over a year ago. The first month it was quite comfortable but within 5 month the mattrss began to sag. The pillow top strated to feel like an old pillow that need to be replaced. The "bounce was gone" I have recieved no satifaction from customer service as far as a replacent. Now it looks like I am stuck with this until I can afford to purchase another one. I would not reccommend this mattress even to my worst enemy.
