Similac Sensitive was the only formula that worked with my son. He had trouble with colic, gas, and acid reflux. The interesting thing is that I have three other friends with infants that were experiencing the same thing. They all ended up on Similac Sensitive. I tried so many different types and brands (with my pediatricians approval first). It is not good to switch formulas too much. I recommend if you have trouble with the traditional formula to try the Similac Sensitive first. Now, the powder is a little too frothy, so I always used the ready made liquid, or the concentrated (add water). I would also keep a small can on the powder formula for when I was on the go. If you are a bargain shopper you can sign up online with Similac and they will send you lots of great coupons. I usually found the best prices at Target for the liquid kind, but also HEB would run specials. You just have to really shop around.
