These prenatal multivitamins can be very good for an expectant mother. They provide much of the extra nutrition that the mother and baby need throughout the duration of the pregnancy. Having these multivitamins in tablet form also makes them relatively easy to take. My wife has also never had any allergic or other negative reactions through the use of this product. One downside is the somewhat fishy taste that it can leave. Especially for a pregnant woman, this can be a very irritating and uncomfortable taste, especially if the multivitamin ends up repeating on her later. Similac products are a good quality, but they can also cost a little bit more than some other brands. In my opinion, they do offer a better quality than some of the off-brand products, so they can be worth the extra money. They seem to compare in quality to the prenatal multivitamins that are available at Walmart.
