I used this formula with my first child and it had her constipated for a week. Enfamil is basically the same formula and that constipated my son when I used it with him.
This formula doesnt mix very well either, it has more bubbles in it than Good Start or Soy formulas.

If you plan on using formula I would suggest trying Enfamil Gentlelease. That worked better for my son. Whatever you do don't listen to people who tell you to try soy based formulas! If your child is not allergic to milk soy formulas will constipate your baby even more. Soy is harder for little ones to digest and makes constipation worse than a milk formula that isn't working out. If you go through many brands of formula and your child is still constipated then I try soy because you child may have a milk allergy. And talk to your pediatrician about it also, I don't always agree with their best choice of formula but thats because even Doctors have their own opinion. However Your ped. will be able to tell you what the difference is between the ingredients in different formulas, some are the same except for one ingredient.

Hope that helps :)
