I was always looking for ways to incorporate more healthy veggies into my diet, and looking for ideas of what I could eat that would satisfy my food cravings and fill me up. I also need more fiber and need to loose a few pounds afer the birth of my son. With the Toss & Chop Salad Chopper I make tons of chopped salad and eat it everyday. It's so easy and fast, plus it's a lot of fun. I can't recommend it highly enough! I also love the Silvermark website - www.silvermk.com

I love my Silvermark Salad Chopper. It's called the "Toss and Chop" because it chops tossed salad or chopped salad right the bowl. I can prepare my salad, chop it up, and eat right in the bowl I prepared it in! So easy! I am always on a diet and looking for ways to incorporate fresh, healthy vegetables into my diet and the "Toss and Chop Salad Chopper" makes all of my salads so delicious.
