I have order from Silver Jewelry club for years took a break from it and have recent come back, I have so many rings size 7 and fit perfectly. I have recently ordered two different rings in a size 8 for my middle finger neither fit to small so I thought I'd try it on my ring finger size 7 neither did it fit on that finger it was slightly to big. I tried to return one of them it would cost 50% of what I paid for it ?? I called within the time frame allowed. I'm extremely disappointed in there ring sizing it appears to be off and there return policy. Haven't bought anything since and probably never will.

I love this website. I am actually a little upset since Silver Jewelry Club is a horrible enabler for my silver addiction. Everything is made well and the descriptions on the website along with the pictures show EXACTLY what you will get. They do not try to hide anything. I have used other websites to purchase jewelry and have been disappointed all too often. Usually there is a focus of one item but you can see all of the items for sale on peora.com which is very easy to navigate. I wish the sites were the same, it seems a little silly that you have to go to a separate website but I know Silver Jewelry Club works on a more QVC type platform which helps sell items fast. I love the site, I love the club, and I love the savings. Ease of Use Super simple to use this website. It shows the item that is available and the time you have left to purchase it as well as the cost all up front in large letters. This saves a lot of time, you don't have to add it to your cart to see the price or try to add shipping costs in as well since shipping is more often than not included in the price of the jewelry. Product Selection A lot of people don't know this but you can see a full catalog of items on www.peora.com. This information is on their website but a lot of people just watch the jewelry in 15 minute increments. The website is kind of like the home shopping network where you have an item that is sold for the next 15 minutes or until there are none remaining. It urges you to buy. For some people this can get redundant if they don't like the item or are curious to see what else is being offered. By going to peora you can see everything they have and it will show you the great selection. This information is right on the website but so many people won't read it so Silver Jewelry Club fails in mentioning this. Product Pricing I LOVE silver and jewelry but sometimes the pieces I like are just too darn crazily priced. Silver isn't gold but so many retailers think they can charge the same price for silver as they would gold. I have found that Silver Jewelry club has some of the best prices around. Especially compared to silver retailers like Lia Sophia. Most prices also include shipping - you will have to check the item though as some do not include shipping. It is a great value and saves me a lot of money! Customer Service Their customer service is wonderful. The associates are friendly and personable which is HUGE to me. I hate calling somewhere and feeling as if I am speaking to a robot not a person. A lot of the customer service representatives are also customers which says a lot about the products being sold online. Shipping and Returns I have never had to return anything so I cannot comment on that but shipping has always been reasonably priced and quick. Most products come with free shipping but if you want a faster shipping method you will have to pay for that. The free shipping is very speedy though. The longest it has ever taken for an item to arrive is about a week.

I found out about Silver Jewelry Club's website years ago, and I used to order from it all the time. I was always excited to receive my items, because they were interesting, unique and not cheap quality. In the last few years, however, it seems like the pieces they are offering for free are not as pretty or diverse as they used to be. I will frequently see the same boring design come through with three different gemstones, and since each piece runs for several minutes, this means I have to wait a long time to see anything new. I can't complain about the price, obviously--all you pay for is the shipping and handling--but I do feel like it used to be a better deal than it is now. I have used it for a lot of inexpensive Christmas shopping, over the years, but I am not as confident now that I can find anything I actually want on the site! Then again, since the inventory rotates and you never know what will show up, it's easily possible that it may come back around to my taste again, in the future. I do like the surprise of waiting to see what will be offered next!

Jewelry on **Silver Jewelry Club **really is free.  What's the catch?  You have to pay for shipping - big deal.  Who cares if you have to pay for shipping if you get high-quality jewelry for free!  At the time of my purchase, shipping was only $6.99. How does it work? Silver Jewelry Club offers four different pieces of jewelry for a very limited time...15 minutes.  When that item's 15 minutes is up, it's gone and they offer a new piece of jewelry for free.  If you want, you can click on "Click to see what's coming up next", where it will show you the next fifteen pieces that will be coming out.  Not only is their jewelry made from .925 pure sterling silver, but the gemstones are authentic too.  I ordered two pairs of earrings and was completely satisfied with what I received.  Both items looked exactly like the piece displayed at the time I purchased them.  Make sure you pay attention to the dimensions of the item since they will be smaller than they appear on the screen. I am really impressed with everything about **Silver Jewelry Club.**  It isn't a scam, it's a legit company that survives on word-of-mouth.  I would definitely place another order and would recommend them to anyone looking for a really inexpensive gift for yourself or someone else!

i came across this site by chance and did not believe it at first. sjc gives away free silver jewelry (almost) by just paying s/h costs of $6.99. the site is very easy to use - 4 items are displayed for 15 minutes, after which other items will be in rotation (every 15 minutes) throughout the day. there is also a dealof the day button where you are taken to the jewelryshoppingclub.com. for other nice jewelry deals (have not tried this one yet). to continue on the sjc website, once you click on the "click to get this fee" button you will be taken to the usual billing and shipping address then payment options (paypal,visa, mc,online gc). once paid, you get a confirmation number for your item and usually the item is shipped within 1 or 2 days. i always get my items within a week and so far has not returned any of them -  although they are small pcs. of jewelry they are very pretty. for those who dislike small jewelry, this can be a drawback. otherwise, a sister company of sjc (peora.com) has more items for sale but at a higher price, plus you pay s/h costs.
