Silver Dollar City, nestled nicely in Branson Missouri, is a theme park that seeks to offer a step back in time to the 1880's, combining old world feel with some current attractions. Our reviewers liked the feel of the park, which immersed them in the time period of the 1880's, and provided a lot of great food choices for everyone. One reviewer remarked that he loved their deep-fried pickles, and enjoyed frozen lemonade on a hot day at the park. The park provides many different crafts, thrill rides, and family attractions, which also consist of several roller coasters and a white water park that really sets the tone for the rides at Silver Dollar City. Most reviewers had a wonderful experience, but several did note that there were a lot of hills, that some of the costs were above average, and that you need to bring water if it’s in the hot summer months. Branson also has several Hotels and Resorts where you can stay if you are visiting the park.
