The Silpat from Demarle is absolutely incredible. My family has always placed an emphasis on making homemade food and meals from scratch, which isn't easy with a busy schedule.
Everything I put on this baking surface comes out incredible; my cookies are lofty and perfectly golden, hash browns come out with the seasoning on the potatoes--not the cooking surface, roasted nuts and seeds come out perfect without any burnt flavor. I can't wait to try fish fillets.
Even better is the split second cleanup. I worry about toxins transfering to my food from other non-stick surfaces; but not with Demarle's food-grade silicon and woven glass combination. I just wipe it off with a soapy sponge, rinse, shake, and roll.
