These are so wonderful, and they eliminate the most dreadful job associated with baking - the messy cleanup of greasy baking pans!! You just put one on a cookie sheet or pan, place your portioned cookie dough on it, pop it in the oven and you'r good to go!!

I bought TWO of these for use with the three half sheet pans that I own. Make baking cookies a breeze! No more burned wax paper or parchment paper either!

And all you have to do is just wipe the mats and the pans clean when your done! No more stuck-on or cooked-on cookie dough either!!

The drudgery of backing cookies is thrown out the window!!
