Silpat Baking Mat —

I love my Silpat! From the first time I used it, I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect my cookies came out of the oven.Cookies never stick, and are nice and crisp,but never burnt! It is a breeze to clean and you never need to grease again!Simply lay the Silpat into your favorite baking sheet and place the cookie dough directly onto it. I have used mine for rolled and cut cookies as well as drop cookies. The surface is nonstick and also great for rolling out doughs. I have used mine for homemade pizzas and it makes a perfect crust!
Cleaning and storage are very simple,wash and wipe in the sink with warm water and roll to store.You should not fold or crease the Silpat since that could damage the materials inside.I have had mine for approx. 5 years and have given many as gifts. While mine does show a little discoloration from wear, it still works wonderfully! If you bake a lot, I would suggest purchasing more than one!
