I recently attended a Silpada Party and fell in love with the jewelry.Thinking that maybe since its a little pricy that it is quality. Boy was I wrong . I was so excited when I received my braclet in the mail today. I wore it around all day and before I went to bed I went to take it off and it broke into pieces right before my eyes. I could not belive it . I am still in aawww. It didn't even last 8 hours. I have costume jewelry ,bought at inexpensive stores in the mall that have lasted years. Never again will I buy from them or attend a party.What a joke!!!

Silpada will replace any jewelry at no cost to you. They stand behind their product. Your piece that broke can be replaced with the same item or equal value of another item. Talk to the representative or the hostess at the party you went to. It is really easy to get replaced and sometimes things happen. Just thought you might want to know.

I have been buying and wearing this jewelry for over 2 years and I love every single piece of it! I've never heard of something happening the first time someone wore it but I suppose it could. The really cool thing is that Silpada has a LIFETIME guarantee. Did you notify your representative so that she could get a new replacement for you?
