Most HelpfulI drink milk, and I also drink soy milk. My favorite brand of soy milk is Silk and my favorite flavor is the Silk Vanilla Soy Milk. It tastes great alone or poured on my cereal in the morning. I have to admit, the first time I tried soy milk I was rather skeptical. Now, I have learned to love it (vanilla flavor) and buy it several times a month. I also like the chocolate flavor. However, the plain Silk Soy Milk is not high on my list of favorites.
I experience terribly upsetting stomach movements whenever I consume dairy products so you can only imagine my delight when I discovered a delicious tasting soy milk which I use as an alternative to all things dairy. I now substitute it for whatever it is that I used to use milk in before and my life (and stomach *lol*) are much better for it.
I love the taste, the variety, the siimplicity and usefulness of soymilk and I am particularly gratified by the health benefits associated therewith.

review »I recently purchased a carton of Silk soy milk at my local grocer. I was interested in trying to make a healthy switch from my traditional cow's milk drinking habits. I read up about some of the benefits of drinking Silk as compared to regular cow's milk and it seemed like a good switch. Silk's websites explains that drinking soy milk will help with the following health issues: Heart Health & Cholesterol, Bone Health, Cancer, Lactose Intolerance, Diabetes, Menopause and Weight Management. Being a newly diagnosed Type I diabetic, I was particularly interested in making the switch to soy milk to...
review »I first discovered Silk Soy milk (plain flavor) in 2003 when I gave up dairy products. As the name implies, this product truly is silky smooth. I use this for everything - in muffin recipes, over my cereal, in my coffee, in my eggs (to fluff them up), as a beverage (alongside cookies, of course!). On the rare occassion that I drink milk I always miss my Silk at home. I like the fact that this product has calcium, vitamin B12, and other vitamins/minerals that are usually found in dairy milk. Also, the fact that the expiration date is usually a month (or several) away allows me stock up...
review »I just love SILK soy milk - the plain flavor in the light version. I drink a gallon of it every week. I was pleasently surprised at the flavor - a good surprise. It keeps longer than milk does, too.
