I've been drinking Silk for over 5 years and started when I went on my vegetarian health kick! I like all their flavors but use the plain the most because it can be used for anything (cooking, baking, etc). I have a lot of sinus/mucous trouble so I try to watch my dairy intake. Also, I am not crazy about the flavor of plain mil. Many soy milks did not have a good flavor, but when I discovered Silk, I realized milk would never be the same. Now when I'm away, I may use skim milk as a substitute, but nothing beats the taste of my Silk. I love it in my coffee and on my cereal! It's also great in smoothies! I also like that they do a lot for the environment!
