I just wanted to say How much I love the Silk milk- I enjoy the plain in cereal its especially good in oatmeal and makes it nice and creamy.

I need to get more soy in my diet but always thought it would taste really bad I was given a product test through BZZ agent and now Im going to drink only silk milk .

one of the surprising facts about this stuff is the amazing shelf life , it stays fresh in the fridge for weeks after purchase, this is good because I usually only use milk in my cereal or for cooking .However after trying all the flavors I find myself craving the chocolate or vanilla .

I'm in my late 40s and soy milk is great for those hot flashes I get from time to time . I think everyone should give silk milk a try and keep some in the fridge to fall back on in-case your regular cows milk is to old to use . I got my silk milk about 4 weeks ago and its dated good till 7/20/08 now thats some shelf life ! and a long shelf life make for a great value money wise. I  also  found out it blends well with mashed potato's because as usual my cows milk went bad and I had to try the silk in my mashed potato's it worked out very nicely .

I tried it but just can't quite get used to the taste of it.....I think I will stick with my cows milk. ;)
