I wasn't using milk for quite some time due to health reasons, but I tried Silk Soymilk, and let me tell you, this stuff is amazingly great. Tastes wonderful, and it's got a smooth texture to it. I'm cooking with it as well, and it's allowed me to start cooking recipes that I had been avoiding, such as creamy soups.
